The Graphic Design Process

It's a very simple and effective process by which we produce designs and artwork for our clients:

You contact us to discuss your requirements either by phoning us or emailing our office for a free consultation.

Based on our discussion and any brief you supply, we will provide you with a written estimate of how long your project will take to complete. Our FREE quotation will include the price for your job and any printing or third party services required for the job.

Once our estimate of time and cost has been approved, we will begin work. With the vast majority of design projects, both for print and for screen, we begin on the drawing board, working up ideas into visuals which we will then refine on computer. We will present you with finished visuals via e-mailed PDF files or by post for approval or amendment.

After final artwork has been approved and dispatched, we will send you an invoice for the job. If we have arranged for a print run of any kind, you will need to pay for the printing job before the print process has been commenced.

Thus, at every stage of the process you will be kept informed of our progress by e-mail ensuring your peace of mind.
